For charters booked 18 hours in advance, here are the details of optional full fine dining experiences, featuring our popular All-Day Canapés. With enough advance notice, Kid’s Menus, dietary restrictions or alternate menus may be catered for. All may be paid for directly on board on the day.

A Wide & Colourful Array of Local, Tropical & Exotic Fruit, Local Honeycomb, Whipped Vegan Coconut Mascarpone, Mint Sugar Syrup, Coconut Flakes, & Edible Flowers.
Maltese Platter – €50
Hobz biz-Zejt, Bigilla, Maltese Sausages, Octopus Salad, Gbejniet tal-Bzar, White Beans, Sundried Tomatoes, Kapunata, Marinated Black Olives, Pickled Onions, Galletti, Maltese Bread.
Charcuterie & Cheese Platter – €60
A Selection of Artisan Hams, and Cold Cuts, Local and International Cheeses, Served with Homemade Dips, Fresh and Dried Fruit, Nuts, Crudities & an Array of Homemade Crackers & Fresh Pita Bread.
